Everything under one Roof on a single website. A Participant can submit up to 8 photographs.
If you refer someone you can submit 1 additional photograph per successful referral.
You can refer maximum to 6 photographers via link and email i.e. in total you can upload 14 photographs.

Medals
Each final participating photographer will be presented with an individual medal during the Award Ceremony on the concluding day of the Exhibition. For outstation participants who are unable to attend the Closing Ceremony, the medals will be respectfully couriered to them.
Look Book
An exclusive hardbound Collectable Look Book will be presented to all final participants, featuring their showcased photographs, profile portrait, and other details, a timeless keepsake celebrating their presence in the Exhibition.
Certificates
Each participant will be proudly presented with an official Certificate of Participation by JPC. This distinguished certificate will formally acknowledge their contribution and will uniquely mention the exact number of photographs showcased in the Exhibition, making it a personalised and enduring testament to their achievement.

The Maya Khubani Awards is one of the most prestigious honours of the Jaipur Photographers’ Club (JPC) Annual Photo Exhibition. Instituted in memory of Maya Khubani, a passionate advocate of artistic expression through photography, the award celebrates creativity, vision, and excellence behind the lens.
This accolade recognises photographers who push the boundaries of imagination, capturing compelling stories, emotions, and perspectives that leave a lasting impression.

Exhibition Curation, Prints & Frames
The curation of the JPC Annual Photo Exhibition is a thoughtfully designed process led by industry experts, ensuring the showcase upholds the highest international standards. Every aspect from the placement of frames and the precision of print quality to the careful presentation of participants’ details and themes is handled with meticulous attention. The curation also focuses on creating balance and variety, thoughtfully breaking monotony to offer visitors a seamless and engaging viewing experience that truly honours the creativity of each photographer.
Key Aspects of the Curation:
International Standards in Layout: The photographs are arranged with curatorial finesse, adhering to international exhibition standards and emphasising aesthetic harmony. Each piece is thoughtfully spaced to command its own presence, allowing viewers to immerse themselves fully in the subtleties and intricacies of every image, free from visual distraction.
Test Prints for Perfection: Before final production, several rounds of test prints are meticulously conducted to perfect every detail. This exacting process ensures that the colours, textures, and subtleties of each photographer’s work are rendered with absolute fidelity, resulting in prints of unparalleled quality and craftsmanship.
Framing Excellence: Meticulous care is devoted to the framing process, a vital element in elevating the visual impact of each photograph. Every piece is elegantly framed in the size specified by the participant, ensuring a presentation that honours the artwork. The refined framing not only enhances the individual photograph but also contributes to the overall aesthetic sophistication of the exhibition.”
Larger Prints and Frames: This year, the exhibition presents standard prints in an array of significantly larger frame sizes, offering participants an elevated platform for their work. The expansive formats provide a truly immersive experience, magnifying the visual impact of each photograph and allowing viewers to connect deeply with the intricate details, mood, and emotion captured in every image.

A Participant can submit 8 Photographs.
Referral
If you refer someone you can submit 1 (One) Additional Photograph per successful referral (using referral Link or Email).
You can Refer Maximum 6 Photographers (Using Link or email) i.e. in Total you can Submit 14 Photographs.
- All forms along with Photographs to be submitted by 2 Nov’ 2025
- Participate, upload the photographs, size 2 MB per photograph in JPEG or JPG format only.
- The form will not accept the files larger than 2 MB.
- Caption each photograph in the area above the photograph.
- Please note only following tools are allowed in post-processing: Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Cropping, Sharpness, Exposure, Dodging and Burning only. No Morphing or AI Generated Images.
- No Watermarks or Logos of any kind on the photograph.
- The copyright of the photograph belongs to the photographer and the photographs would be used for display & promotional purposes only.
- The submitted photographs would go through the screening by a panel of judges and the Top 200 photographs would be displayed in the exhibition that would be held at Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur.
- All selected participants would be informed via email. Cost of Printing & Framing to be borne by the participant himself/herself.
- Printing, Framing & Curation of the Photographs would be done by Jaipur Photographers’ Club at Jaipur.
- The contribution of Printing & Framing would have to be deposited by the selected participants. The details of the contribution amount would be communicated to the selected participants individually through the mail. The framed photographs would be handed over to the participants of Jaipur on the last day of the exhibition. The framed photographs to the outstation participants will be sent through the cargo services along with JPC Medal, Look Book, Certificate & Cotton Bag. The cargo charges will have to be paid by the participant.
- Last year’s the contribution was Rs.1800.00 per photograph for standard print size.
- Participants would be required to submit the high-resolution copies (in JPEG Format of the size selected by the participant from the Payment Panel at 300 dpi, if required RAW/In-Camera Image can also be asked) of the selected photographs after depositing the contribution.
- Please take care of the following point before submitting the photographs for screening:
Please try not to submit photographs clicked during any workshop.
Try to submit your new work/unpublished photographs. This will add value to your portfolio only.
- AI generated images are not allowed.
- The decision of Jaipur Photographers’ Club would be final and binding.
