Cancellation & Contribution Policy

Jaipur Photographers’ Club (JPC) Annual Photo Exhibition

1. Participant Cancellation

Once a participant has paid the Contribution Amount for participation in the Jaipur Photographers’ Club Annual Photo Exhibition, the payment shall be considered final and non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided if a participant subsequently decides to withdraw, cancel their participation, or is unable to participate in the Exhibition for any reason.
• The Contribution Amount cannot be transferred to another participant unless specifically approved by Jaipur Photographers’ Club.
• Failure to submit photographs, incomplete submission, non-compliance with the submission guidelines, or personal reasons for withdrawal will not make the participant eligible for a refund.

2. Important – Please Read Before Payment

Participants are strongly advised to read and understand all the Terms & Conditions, Exhibition Guidelines, Submission Rules, and other applicable information thoroughly before making the Contribution Amount payment.

Payment of the Contribution Amount constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and confirms the participant’s willingness to participate in the Exhibition under the prescribed rules.

3. Cancellation by Jaipur Photographers’ Club

Jaipur Photographers’ Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or alter the Exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances, administrative reasons, government regulations, natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In the event that JPC cancels the Exhibition entirely, the Club will communicate the applicable course of action regarding the Contribution Amount to the registered participants.

4. Changes or Amendments

Any request for changes to a participant’s submission or participation details must be communicated to Jaipur Photographers’ Club within the stipulated submission period.

Changes requested after the applicable deadline may not be accepted.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By making the Contribution Amount payment, the participant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Exhibition Guidelines.
• Have understood that the Contribution Amount is non-refundable.
• Agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions applicable to the Exhibition.
• Accept this Cancellation & Contribution Policy.

IMPORTANT

Please go through the complete Terms & Conditions carefully before making the Contribution Amount payment. Once the payment is made, NO REFUND will be entertained under any circumstances.
